I wonder what the deer are thinking?
Our thoughts shape our lives and those around us. So making sure we keep a grip on the chatter that is going on in the brain is important. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed, exhausted or disorganised then your thoughts are likely to sending you into a mental overdrive of everything you should be doing , haven’t done and confirming that you are rubbish at everything anyway.
If your best friend turned round and told you how rubbish your were – you wouldn’t consider them much of a friend would you?
And I bet you would not be likely to tell your disorganised friend that she is rubbish – you would try to help her.
The thing to remember is that absolutely everything we do, starts with a thought. Every invention, medical breakthrough, or creation, started with a thought. Every action we take good or bad started with a thought.
Dreams start with a thought. And thoughts which are followed by positive actions can become reality. But thoughts which remain thoughts end up as dreams while negative thoughts will be self-limiting and make us fearful.
So be mindful of your thoughts…they are shaping your future. Make sure your thoughts are helping you not hindering you.
Think happy can do thoughts, then your problem solving bit of the brain will kick in and immediately you will find you are feeling much happier and able to tackle all those challenges that previously had been dragging you down.
