As a mum of four children and three step children, I really should consider myself to be a bit of an expert, but actually I see myself as more of a facilitator of information that will help other parents overcome the challenges and achieve their personal dreams.

Give Yourself a Day Off to recharge says Carole. What a good idea.

Well...after 10 yrs of being a mother,and doing the same chores,day in day out, you know the ones? its the 70 jobs we do every day ,that we are only given time to ever complete half of, and are blessed with carrying over the undone ones.

So the cycle goes on.....I have decided, that even when you are putting these time saving tips into practice..it still takes time I can't find??? and while it may save time..the time it takes the little darlings to make tents with the freshly changed beds--is about the same.

If you can, one day out of the week,do no chores. ( bar the dishes ) none at all...this will give a feeling of "not wasting any time" as all the jobs you did not do..cannot be undone!!
