"I am a great believer in trying to save time, money and help the environment so these are a few of my time saving tips which help me in the house.
Bi carb of soda - it is a really forgotten item and does loads of jobs really well, Here are just a few.
- Bi carbonate of soda works well to deoderise carpets of rugs.Sprinkle on leave and vacuum off.
- Deodorises smoke smells from upholstery and furniture - sprinkle bio car of soda - leave for a few hours and then vacuum off.
- Also deodorises shoes and trainers again sprinkle on leave overnight or even better put the bi carb in an old sock and tie up the end.
- Rids your hands of food odours quiclly and easily
- Eliminates staines in the dishwaser. Just sprinke some in the base
- Helps control dandruff. Rub a handful into wet hair
- Sprinkle bi carbonate of soda on cracks in paving slabs to prevent weeds growing"
